CARCare - This application maintains all the information on all your vehicles on your PC, such as fuel purchases and oil changes. If you have a PDA or similar device, they also provide a mobile application that you can carry with you!

UltraEdit - Great text editor! Also handles binary files wonderfully. Great for developers or anyone who edits text files a lot.

Pegasus Mail - My favorite email client. Does both POP3 and IMAP quite well. Great spam and filtering tools.

PolderbitS - This software is pretty cool. You can convert an analog source (cassette tape, vinyl albums, etc) into a digital format. I have been using it to convert old cassette tapes to CD. Nice!
